Products and product information
We aim to present products accurately. Colour, texture and drape can vary slightly due to screens, lighting and handcrafted details. Please review the product page and contact us before ordering if you need help with fabric, measurements, blouse-piece inclusion, styling or care.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST and other statutory charges are handled in accordance with Indian law and shown as applicable during checkout or on the tax invoice. Payment methods available at checkout are the methods currently supported for your order; we do not ask customers to make payment outside the authorised checkout flow unless we have explicitly confirmed a secure alternative.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm order, serviceability, stock, payment or delivery information before acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order where payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not serviceable, product information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not possible. Any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
